This is the FAYEWAY Media Meeting Hub — the central operating system for The ThriveWell Journey podcast, Friday Night Live, and SoundStage. It lives at meetings.fayewaymedia.com and is used by L. Michael Burt and Evan every week across four recurring meetings.
It syncs in real time between two devices using Firebase. When one person saves, the other person's screen updates automatically within 15 seconds and plays a chime notification.
Everything saved here is permanent and stored in Firebase. Meeting history is never deleted unless you choose to delete it manually.
Sits at the top of every tab. Fill this in at the start of Tuesday's meeting so both people are looking at the same picture. It has four sections:
- This Monday's Drop — the episode that just aired. Title, episode number, season, guest. Also enter the Total Episodes count including all FNL bonus episodes — this tracks the Episode 100 milestone.
- Next Monday's Drop — the episode being built. Fill this in Friday. On Close Out Week it automatically moves into This Monday's Drop.
- Friday Night Live — this week's live stream. Topic, format, guest if applicable, status. Links directly to the FNL Tracker in the Google Sheet.
- SoundStage Pulse — active clients, pipeline, projected MRR. The hub pulls live lead data from Brevo automatically so the new leads number is always current.
Phase 1 — Now through July 14, 2025: Fill in the analytics every Tuesday. YouTube performance, RSS downloads, Spotify and Apple plays, FNL numbers, social following. The hub collects these silently and builds your baseline. A progress bar shows how many weeks of data have been collected out of 4.
Phase 2 — after 4 Tuesday entries: Once you have four Tuesdays of real analytics filled in, the hub automatically generates your baseline report. It reads both the numbers and your meeting notes to give you a combined strategic picture. No date trigger — it fires when the data is ready.
Every meeting tab has a Fathom Notes section at the bottom. After the meeting ends, paste the full Fathom transcript — not the summary, the full transcript — into that field.
Three seconds after you stop typing, the hub automatically sends the transcript to an outside analysis engine. Within about 30 seconds a panel appears below with three things:
- What was committed to versus what was left open and undefined
- What the conversation reveals about what is not yet producing the results you are building toward — what needs to be elevated to get there
- One specific, rigorous action for the week that moves the show forward toward 50K downloads and editorial placement on Apple, Spotify, and iHeart
The Post-Live debrief analysis is FNL-specific — it looks at what landed on the live and what needs to be elevated before next Friday.
The Total Episodes field in the Weekly Command Center tracks the combined count of podcast episodes and FNL bonus episodes uploaded to RSS. Update this number every week.
When that number hits 100, both screens automatically trigger a full celebration — confetti, the milestone displayed full screen, a permanent entry written to meeting history. It fires the moment the number is typed. No button needed.
Every saved meeting lives in the Log tab organized into four sections — Tuesday, Thursday, Friday AM, and Friday Post-Live. Click any entry to expand and see the full notes, action items, episode info, and Fathom analysis from that meeting.
Each entry has a Delete button. Use it to remove duplicates or entries that were saved in error. Deleted entries are removed from both Firebase and local storage permanently.
